Senior production Supervisor in Rubber Parts (Moulded) manufacturing company in bhosari Post - Sr Production Supervisor- Rubber Parts (Moulded) Skills and Qualifications Education - CIPET / DME, B.E Mechanical Location - Pune . Bhosari Salary CTC - 30-35k Experience- 5-9 year experience in Rubber company Only Rubber Company experience is preferable. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Supervise production team to meet targets during the shift 2. Coordinate production schedules & resources 3. Follow standard procedures and quality standards 4. Train and manage new staff effectively 5. Troubleshoot issues and arrange equipment repairs 6. Manage optimum inventory levels for uninterrupted production 7. Ensure safety compliance and promote safe environment 8. Collaborate with other departments for smooth production and delivery 9. Improve processes and reduce waste 10. Maintain 5S standards in all areas of responsibility Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 35,000.00 per month Benefits:
