Title :- Production Engineer - Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Experience :- 5 Years in Production from Sheet Metal Industry

Job Location :- Kosamba, Suart, Gujarat.

A Production Engineer in the sheet metal industry oversees production processes, optimizes workflows, ensures quality, manages materials, and resolves issues to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.

Production Planning & Supervision:

Develop production plans based on manufacturing priorities, create work orders, and supervise the implementation of these plans on the shop floor.

Process Optimization:

Analyze and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures, conduct quality checks, and ensure that all sheet metal components meet high production standards.

Material Management:

Monitor material needs, submit purchasing requests, and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Coordinate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, provide technical guidance to staff, and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the production environment maintains high safety standards and adheres to all relevant industry regulations.

Training & Development:

Train and mentor production operators to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
