Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Forecasting Analyst This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world 's largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.
Job Position: Sr. Product Specialist (Marketplace)
Office Timing: 11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm
Weekdays: 5 days
Location: Pune

About the Role:
We are a medical scrubs company seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Sr Product Specialist (Marketplace) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, along with solid product knowledge and familiarity with marketplace processes. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize listings, and ensure smooth operations to support marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own catalog health across Amazon and Walmart, resolving listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.
• Manage end-to-end product listings, including creation, optimization, pricing, promotions, and seasonal updates.
• Lead marketplace SEO efforts through keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing listing optimization.
• Partner with creative, brand, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand content and enhanced assets.
• Plan catalog readiness for key sales events (Prime Day, Walmart Deals, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).
• Maintain seller account health, execute flat-file uploads, and manage Seller Support cases.
• Lead and mentor a small catalog team, providing direction and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5 years of work experience in ecommerce marketplace domain, including 2 years managing a team.
• Proven experience collaborating with global teams.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot catalog issues, ensure listing compliance, and manage bulk updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel and reporting skills to track KPIs.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms preferred.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
