Job Description

The Ardia Platform is the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division's (CMD) next-generation application and data platform on which our future ecosystem will be built.

As Business Analyst, IAME, you will use your knowledge of identity, access management, and entitlement and its applicability to the chromatography and mass spectrometry industry to ensure customers can easily manage their users, data access, and acquire new software, while building a scalable solution to support our ecosystem.

This role is highly collaborative, requiring engagement with both CMD and cross-divisional teams to ensure alignment with both the divisional and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the goals and vision for your functional area
• Build, prioritize, and deliver on a backlog aligned to the platform strategy
• Collaborate with engineering for rapid shared understanding of requirements, leading to high-quality output
• Own cross-functional interactions vital for the scalable delivery of your features
• Empathize with and deeply understand your customer personas, many in the life sciences lab space, and the key problems we are solving for

Qualifications:

• At least 6+ years in a product role with a track record delivering tech products with mission-critical IAME features with Agile methodologies
• Strong systems level and first-principles thinking
• Highly organized, creative, and motivated, energized working in an entrepreneurial culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the IT or Computer Science space or equivalent experience
• Experience with on-prem or cloud enterprise software
• Experience in the 21 CFR Part 11 and pharma compliance space
• Experience with SEIM
• Demonstrated understanding of Federated Identity Management concepts

Location and Work Environment:

We are hiring in Bangalore, India. However, this position provides the opportunity for worldwide travel and exposure to many Thermo Fisher business units.
