Key job accountabilities:

Knowledge of RCM and patient services. Responsible for answering patient calls. Communicate respectfully and politely with all patients. Maintaining detailed and accurate call notes for all inbound and outbound calls. Professionally handle all inbound calls and resolve billing statement queries. Process patient payments on call and follow all PHI protocols. Willing to work on other areas of RCM as required.

Required candidate profile:

Must be team player Relevant experience in USA health care medical billing. Must have excellent verbal and written English communications skills. AR calling role experience will also be considered. Must have knowledge of medical billing softwares.
