- Web Portal billing is a process where invoices are typically in form of a PDF copy sent to a Billing Queue.
- Receive Invoice - Once the work is completed / service is provided, or a product is delivered post when the invoice is sent.
- The Processer logs into the customer’s portal to enter the details as in the invoice.
- Invoice is Submitted - Once the invoice details are in the system and a copy of the invoice is filed, it will be submitted for the invoice to be paid.
- Needs to have hands on experience in SAP.
- With 2-3 years of experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Proficiency in presentation skills and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
