Serve as the

, helping them understand how Workday capabilities can modernize processes and elevate operational impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, IT, HR Operations, and business units to ensure alignment on system roadmap and change priorities.
Operational Excellence
Provide advanced Workday troubleshooting and consultation to HR and IT partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high system reliability.
Oversee the design of advanced
Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
that deliver actionable insights to leaders and support datadriven decision-making.
Support HRIS team operations, including configuration lifecycle management, documentation, UAT oversight, audit readiness, and data governance excellence.
What
You'll
Bring:
Extensive, hands on Workday experience across multiple functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Security, Integrations, Reporting).
Proven experience
leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or module expansions
, including design through deployment.
Demonstrated ability to guide crossfunctional teams through complex, enterprisescale Workday changes.
Strong understanding of global HR processes, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, scalable Workday solutions.
Experience creating Workday dashboards, matrix reports, and advanced analytics (preferred).
Strong customer support orientation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Advanced problemsolving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design.
Curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning within the Workday ecosystem.
