Product Manager , Digital Onboarding Platform: This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital onboarding platform strategy. The ideal candidate will: # Posse ss a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making. # Possess strong prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital onboa rding experiences supporting global jurisdiction needs and ideally have exposure to key elements of onboarding such as KYC KYB, CDD, IDV combined with data visualization & analytics. # Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data en gineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough client-centric experience. # Once Here You Will: # Be a strategist. What You#ll Bring: # A Bachelor#s Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving # 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Banking Financial Services # 3 ye ars direct knowledge and experience with agile execution # Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams # Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability # Strong understanding and working experience.
