The Role: The PMT Global Data Analyst will work across all PMT lines of business and with all Geographies to improve master and transactional data quality to support PMT\'s Digital Transformation focused on digital customer experience across marketing, sales and eCommerce channels and quote to cash processes. Define and build master or transactional data activities, analyze process data quality standards, improve data quality to help customers quickly find right products to increase sales revenue and business KPIs and streamline internal processes. Primary Responsibilities Advocate and champion data-driven approaches in our process improvement efforts by leading new workstreams, presenting your work to our leaders, and meeting with key partners to push ideas and projects forward. Partner closely with functional leadership to uncover insights and craft strategies that improve our transactional, master data quality and process metrics. Design metrics and performance indicators to measure transactional data health and monitor data quality thru analytics and scorecards. Collaborate with the Data Quality COE, Master data, Engineering & IT teams to expand coverage of reliable data and automate recurrent data needs. Drive data discovery, analysis, and profiling to help different project teams define business requirements for automation, data cleansing and process improvement, among others. Perform root-cause analysis and understand IT landscape to propose solutions to improve transactions, business processes and analytics. Communicate difficult or sensitive information and build relationships with domain experts and business partners to meet organizational goals and deadlines Define, document, and harmonize data quality rules, policies, approval processes, critical metrics, data profiling, exception reports and implement control plans to ensure data remains clean. Solve complex problems involving data requirements, architecture, and strategy decisions and enact a fresh opinion on existing solutions. Develop Processes, and build templates, guides, and tracking tools for Master Data Enrichment. Engage during MOS for data quality and partner with key functions to keep data quality to corporate defined standards. Support integration projects as per architecture between and across systems of record and/or Downstream Consuming Systems such as eCommerce, analytics and Marketing Websites. Work independently and free from direct oversight. Role Requirements . Bachelor\'s Degree . 3+ Years of Experience with working within Master Data Management . 1-2+ Years of Experience working with SAP or Oracle. Informatica is also preferred. . Strong understanding SAP ERP or Oracle, Informatica, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Metadata management, Data Architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, business intelligence, Master and Reference Data, Data Security, and Data Integration.
