Sr. Performance Marketer (Ecommerce)

India

We are currently seeking a full time Sr. Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for ecommerce clients and can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for crafting and implementing PPC strategy for clients.
• Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
• Create and Implement ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google AdWords.
• Knowledge of International ad spend estimates and how to optimize ad spend.
• Learn the business. Understand services to build effective keyword/campaign strategies.
• Optimize campaigns using various Analytics tools and provide insights to clients and the team.
• Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.

Skills

• Any graduate with 3-4 years of performance marketing experience
• 3+ Years of Agency Experience
• Creative thinker and problem solver - Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing best practices and current trends.
• Data-driven - comfortable using tools like Google Data Studio, MS Excel and able to take data-driven decisions
• Digital marketing agency & e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in running PPC campaigns.
• Practical experience in the setup of advertising campaigns in Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Excellent written communication skills, strong email etiquette & documentation skills.
• Should be able to work with the international market.
