Roles & Responsibilities: Paid Media Ad Specialist is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of social media lead-generation efforts to drive acquisition and revenue growth. This position is NOT managing posts, or coming up with new ways to get likes on a page. You will be directly responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis, and management of successful social media ad campaigns and initiatives across our brands. This position requires applied knowledge and best practices in all social advertising platforms and a proven track record of delivering qualified leads from both an acquisition and conversion perspective. If you have not managed campaigns at this level please do not apply Drive user acquisition growth for our US, CA, AU, and UK initiatives. Responsible for strategy, planning, executing, and delivery of Social Media campaigns, ensuring that the performance meets the company\'s User Acquisition targets. You will have to work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and measure scalable optimization strategies across multiple markets. Plan and execute the paid social strategies for Facebook and TikTok. Assist in monitoring and daily adjustments of paid advertising campaigns for Facebook and Instagram to maintain target KPI\'s Provide Social Media ad analysis on competitive campaigns, review and adjust campaigns for client ROI, and provide landing page analysis to improve conversion rates. Monitor and perform optimization to improve conversion rates for lead generation and app installations. Identify opportunities for landing pages, social media marketing trends, and opportunities that we can take advantage of This Role Requires: 2-4 years experience in social media lead generation platforms. (i.e. Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, TIkok Ads) If you do not have experience running lead generation campaigns on a national and/or international level then please do not apply. Must have experience in lead generation in the Mainstream Dating Industry Must have excellent communication skills and must have handled US Clients An excellent multi-tasker, extremely detail-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change. An effective communicator with a take-charge attitude and ability to identify lucrative new opportunities. Assertive, ambitious, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Advanced Excel, Facebook and Instagram Ads platforms, TikTok Ads, Snap Chat ads, and analytical skills required.
