JOB SUMMARY The role of an Operations manager is key to delivering consistent, flawless services to our customers and achieve our goal of customer delight. An Operations manager is the commander of the floor, marshalling all available resources toens ure our service delivery is consistent and meets customer expectations. The role holder is expected to be sensitive of the workload, functioning of critical infrastructure on a minute-to-minute basis and is proactive in heading off any major incident s. Operations Manager will have to work closely with the leadership of the account to ensure complete transparency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Ability to drive and own KPI SLA metrics driven Managed service delivery engagements. # Working with account le adership, ensure shift roster is prepared, communicated with all stakeholders and implemented. # Working with theteams on the ground, always ensure complete coordination between teams. # Handle Day to Day Operations for the Customer Services provide d # Manage, resolve and mitigate Risks Issues without disrupting delivery. # Report preparation, analysis, and corrective action planning # Ensuring High retention, driving high performance team culture, grooming talent to next level.
