Sr. Network Engineer
Job Description
Minimum Educational Level Diploma in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Bachelor of Technology in ECE stream Professional / Special Qualification CCNP/CCIE is preferred ITIL V3 Foundation is preferred .Candidate without certifications but able to demonstrate exceptional level of knowledge and skills with proven track record may be considered Pre Requisite Minimum 5 years of experience working in large Network Operations ( 500 devices) environment within FSI hold a Level 3+ Network engineer role or similar Intermediate to Expert Cisco Systems networking knowledge and experience Example: Routers and Switches o Intermediate to expert knowledge on BGP and EIGRP Route manipulation and troubleshooting Switching, STP/VTP knowledge troubleshooting o Hands on experience/knowledge on Nexus and IOS XE devices Voice packet flow Advanced Internetworking knowledge and experience Example: TCP/IP, Traceroute, OSI 7 Layers o Analyzing Packet capture/wire shark output Cisco Wireless and ISE o Troubleshooting incidents Candidate with experience supporting data network in a Telecommunication company network a plus Qualification UG Qualification B.Tech/B.E - Computers PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
