Skills Required:
Must have a strong grasp in the field of networking and cyber security
Must have 3+ years of experience in Networking, Security, Performance Tuning, and Strategic Planning as a team leader.
In-depth problem analysis and technical expertise in Switching, Routing, Security, MDM, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, RADIUS, Load Balancing, MPLS, LAN / WAN technologies including Wireless and Network Monitoring concepts.
Problem Solving - Must be able to diagnose quickly and correctly what is wrong and how best to fix it.
Should be Engineering Graduate with Some Network Certification.
Ability to multitask, quality focus and work to a deadline.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Network Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Wlan devices, etc.
Monitors and evaluates network performance, reliability, availability, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoots and resolves network security problems.
Coordinates with OEM vendors for maintenance, and modifications of network system and provide guidance and technical support to the team and end-users. Create and maintain technical documentation including operational procedures, reference materials, research papers, disaster recovery plans, and training documentation * Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with network systems.
Ensuring that the systems and network infrastructure is up and running.
All the unresolved Issues / Concerns shall be escalated to appropriate process owner internally or externally
Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems per operations processes, affecting the network infrastructure.
