The Role About the role Job Title:Network Engineer Location:Bangalore Looking for an enthusiastic network engineer Collaborate with highly skilled engineering teams and leaders in their field At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this, we need anaspiring Engineer to joinour team that is responsible in maintaining core network services. As an Engineer , you will be working as part of a highly performing cross-functional team that focuses on implementing, maintaining the core network infrastructure. This role focuses on 24x7 Support of various platforms that are currently managed by the team. You will have significant hands-on engineering and infrastructure development. What will your day look like Provide technical support services to customers as part of incident and problem management. Take part in major incident bridges and be able to collaborate with other technical teams in fault finding and timely addressing issues in the environment. Be engaged in asset life cycle management activities. Manage and update service requests to ensure contracted service levels are met Documenting to knowledge base of new issues and solutions. Provide mentorship and deliver and/or develop technical training to level 1 Network Engineers. Participate in a program to ensure the successful integration of new products, services & or processes which may include software and hardware evaluation. Liaise with various stakeholders, to arrange and/or participate in acceptance testing of products and equipment. Able to work independently during rostered on-call Support and after hours. What will you bring Minimum 5 years\' of hands-on experience as a network engineer with good understanding of networking concepts. Experience implementing and troubleshooting these platforms Cisco switches/routers. Cisco wireless LAN Cisco ISE/NAC environment. PaloAlto Firewalls. Load balancers Experience with network monitoring and reporting tools. Experience in enterprise levelservice desk and Operational management tools and ITIL experience Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Good documentation skills. Scrum master responsibilities. Who You Are Minimum 5 years\' of hands-on experience as a network engineer with good understanding of networking concepts.
