• The Facilities Manager will (lead a teams to) manage the day-to-day activities for the Goa Site Operations property/facility, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders, cross functions departments and for internal customers.
• The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
• This role is responsible for Governance & setting up of the capital expenditure & project management systems and being responsible for ensuring robust & efficient CapEx planning, budgeting, execution and management of the capital projects within the aligned schedule & cost.
• This Role is to ensure Timely delivery for the assigned Project within the defined Projects cost

Qualifications

• Engineering degree may apply with minimum of 10-12 + years\' experience in Facility Management. Should have min.10 years of experience working at manufacturing site as an Engineering ,Facilities Lead /HR Admin Lead
• B.E/ B. Tech /MBA HR/MBA Facilities /MBA Operations Mgmt /Labour Mgmt. Additionally Industrial Labour Mgmt. PGDM would be a added advantage
