Experience: 5-8 years in real estate/construction projects
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Diploma with extensive experience can also be considered)
Responsibilities:
Oversee quality assurance and quality control of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at project sites.
Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS/International codes.
Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of MEP installations (HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, plumbing, drainage, etc.).
Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and Material Approvals.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
Lead a team of junior QA/QC engineers and site inspectors.
Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action follow-ups.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of MEP codes and standards (IS, NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.).
Leadership and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
