Job Description

Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and supervise the execution of Electrical (including plan, workshop and GFC designs, BOQs, Tender and Execution) for a 5 Star Hotel in Adoni, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. This is the lead role for the Project reporting directly to Lead Architectural Consultant and working closely with Project Manager. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the Electrical work from start to completion. Establish project plans, initial capital estimates and detail work schedules.

• Design - All detailed designs for internal & external Electrical work

• Estimate - Prepare detail specifications, BOQs and cost estimations

• Plan - Develop detailed delivery plans and schedules and ensure coordinated plans are in place and executed across MEP, Architectural and Structural Plans

• Execute - Execution of the work involving installation, commissioning, QC and testing

• Quality control works under supervision including all related materials by coordinating with associated teams

• Follow up and coordinate with Architect, Project Manager, and our other team members to ensure timely completion of works with norms and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile Accredited degree in Electrical Engineering with 10yrs of experience in building construction projects and should have involved in the complete lifecycle of minimum five building projects. Must have experience in AutoCAD design, BOQs, Tender, QC and Supervision Electrical \xe2\x80\x93 experience in

• Power Distribution Systems comprising of conduits, design and selection of wiring, MCB/ELCBs etc, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Automatic Change over systems, UPS Power Supply Systems, Power Cabling, Switchgears, Panel Boards etc

• Building Lighting Protection, Surge protection for equipment and grounding systems

• Detailed knowledge of Cable Schedule, DB Schedule, Conduits & Wiring, Switch socket, Light Fixtures, Chemical, GI and Copper Earthing, Power work, Internal Lightning, Rising Mains and external lightning work etc.

• Detailed knowledge of erection of Cable trays, MDB/PDB Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, VCBs, DG sets. Overhead and underground Caballing including internal Dual metering system and disconnection as well as automation of system etc.
