Operate and monitor
bio gas generation, purification, and bottling
processes and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of
piping networks
, valves, gas flow meters, and safety systems.
Prepare and maintain
preventive maintenance schedules (PM)
for mechanical equipment.
Monitor
performance of gas engines, generators, and flaring systems
, and ensure operational efficiency.
Work closely with electrical, civil, and instrumentation teams for integrated operations.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations
specific to bio gas operations.
Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and maintenance logs.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase plant uptime and efficiency.
Assist in procurement and quality inspection of mechanical components and spare parts.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
from a recognized institute.
2-6 years
of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in bio gas, waste-to-energy, or process plants.
Hands-on experience in handling
pumps, mixers, compressors, digesters
, and other process equipment.
Familiarity with
bio gas purification and bottling systems
is an added advantage.
Location: On Site, Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow)
