Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve the company\'s sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and regular follow-up.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web-based channels.
- Plan and coordinate events and trade shows to promote the company\'s products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the company\'s website and social media presence, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and relevant.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an engineering works industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and web-based channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
