We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in elevating our brand presence and driving strategic marketing initiatives. : As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote Indie Stays Resorts and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, and leverage various channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing collateral.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and promotional events.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
