As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our healthcare recruitment services to hospitals and healthcare organizations. This is a full-time position based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with 5 6 years of experience in B2B Marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Strong Team Handling Experience

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our healthcare recruitment services

Identify and target potential clients in the hospitals and healthcare industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare organizations

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare recruitment sector

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content

Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, and provide reports to management

Stay updated with industry news, developments, and competitor activities

Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company

Guiding team to achieve the goal.
