Name of Position: Business Development (Tendering) Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Building Construction Place: Navi Mumbai and at project sites The company works in industry of renewable energy, construction of balance of plant of wind farm development, real estate development and construction, real estate Development Management Consultancy (DMC) wherein the complete works in area of pre-investment advisory, complete project feasibility analysis including conception, system design, approvals, liaison, value engineering, project management, costing , audit etc. The company is looking for young dynamic and qualified person with hands on experience to take a lead role in business development (tendering) function in vertical of civil & building construction of the company on pan-India basis. The incoming person will basically be scouting for opportunities in civil & building constructions in government sectors, private sectors, screening the tenders, preparing the bid documents, site visit, rate analysis and estimating the cost, submitting the bid, following up and keep the regular communication with client. The incoming person will be reporting to Project Head and will be responsible for P&L of the vertical. The job description is as follows

• Understanding the requirement of company leadership and transforming it to executable implementation plan.
• Tender screening and selection, participation in tender, sales and marketing effort to secure future business especially from government tenders.
• Rate analysis, estimation of costing, preparation of tender quote, preparation of tender documentation, submissions, participation of tender process and handing over to execution team on success.
• He will have technical understanding of construction aspects, design, specifications, material and labour procurement, compliances etc.
• He will look into legal documentation, processes, jargon etc. in relation to tender process and construction contracts and is expected to have hands on understanding of the these processes.
• Understanding of construction cost estimation, working out the cost and general understanding of cost of construction of building
• He will liaise with clients and work on deliverables in time bound manner as agreed with client.
• He will be required to regularly attend the review meetings with client and share the progress update to client.

Requirement of Candidate

• Qualifications Graduate engineer (Tier I/II institutes). M.Tech (IIT), Civil engineering preferable
• Construction management from NICMAR will be added advantage
• 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Building construction tendering
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure and construction sector
• Taking the first step for problem solving, go getter attitude, penchant to excel the target and good communication skills
• Candidate will be required to travel to client sites and be required to reside at site frequently as per requirement.

Salary will commensurate with experience and education. Salary will be sum of fixed base salary and performance incentive. Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 975,000.00 per month Schedule:
