Sr. Manager - Tendering - 0082K1
PRIMARY ROLE
Liaising with opportunity leaders and account managers to understand the opportunity requirement/scope/needs for tender and properly identify equivalent Schneider solution offer.
Ensure RFQ compliance to internal policy and process requirements.
Coordinate with different factories for proper equipment/solution offering.
Perform detailed cost analysis based on target price and/or bid competitiveness and value proposition.
Secure tender approval issue approved tender to opportunity leader within SLA.
Manage bid clarifications and coordinate with different SME to ensure closing of clarification points on time.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have the following background and experience.
At least 5-8 years in a relevant tendering capacity dealing with Medium Voltage Switchgear manufactured in accordance with international standards.
Strong in Analytics.
Strong background and experience in the areas of electrical equipment and systems.
Experience in Project management & Sales is a plus.
Strong communication, English Skills, business management, and consulting engagement skills
Team player, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance
Education: Any Graduate
