The Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records of land related documents.
Liaison with external legal consultants with BLRO, SDLRO and Govt officials including Secretary level as required.
Commercial and legal understanding for closure of contract and land deal with vendors to get better KPI's and cost factor advantage and also have to be acquainted with Govt. policies, rulings, notifications etc.
Procedural of land acquisition and its clearances NOCs, approvals. Zila Parishad rules and Acts, ULC
RERA registration procedures, RERA Litigation handling, Coordination with RERA authorities, RERA hearing.
Having sound knowledge in respect of Act and procedures both related to land conversion, record corrections, deletion/removal of any kind of embargo on land.
Must be conversant all the real estate related Act/rules, procedures.
Must be conversant with Indian Stamp Act & Registration Act. Coordinating and monitoring the registration process.
Candidate requirements & skill sets.
- Knowledge of RERA Act & LR Act/LA/ULC is mandatory.
- Expertise in preparation of project related all documents including agreements, MOU ect./transfer documents and its registration process.
