Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) 5-7 years A Bachelors or Masters in any respective stream with a minimum six sigma green belt certified professional. MBA would be an additional advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have certification on training methodologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Training/Quality Domain \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have handled >500-seater process operating from multiple sites. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible at work and ready to travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to improvement tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Time management \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Meeting Quality & Training KPI agreed contractually for the aligned process.
- Work closely with OPS/concerned stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 /team to ensure improvement activities on all customer impacting/business impacting KPI/BQ
- Manage client interaction end to end.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business need.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations/client aligned goals
- Work/initiate improvement plan/Projects on BQ improvement/CSAT/NPS/Repeat etc. and add value to client business.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs \xe2\x80\x93 Internal/Eternal (As applicable)
- Plan and conduct reviews for aligned supervisors.
- Daily/Timely reporting of all business-critical aspects
- Initiating & Implementing Employee Development Project to achieve % improvement in a particular LOB.
- Prepare & maintain detailed analysis along with review (DBR, WBR, MBR, QBR etc.) data pointers for all applicable KPIs.
- Lead and implement best in class quality practices, lead six sigma project for the process
- Always maintain high level of data integrity
