Job Description
Prepare detailed SOPs for all BOL channels processes
Identify and execute projects by coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Own the entire payment to issuance journey for Buy-online channels customers. This will include coordinating with Underwriting and Operations team, measuring operational efficiency for the channel, identifying gaps in the process, and executing steps to fill the process gaps
Lead and mentor a team to ensure delivery
Conduct internal audits to check for any potential breach in the channel
To be the singular point of contact for customer escalations. Will ensure appropriate RCA for the same is done
