Joining SentinelOne Bangalore as a Senior Manager, People & Culture, will require a delicate balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution. We are looking for someone passionate about building a community, helping people, and encouraging collaborative teamwork. You will drive and support our site strategy in Bangalore, providing coaching to our local leaders. You will set new policies, benefits, and processes to improve SentinelOne and our employees by fostering a culture of growth, development, and a people-first attitude. The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Sentinel business leaders to create high-performing organizations focusing on employee engagement and team effectiveness.
• Lead the local People team in India focused on traditional HR objectives and partnered closely with the local Talent Acquisition team.
• Build on the new benefits scheme recently implemented and ensure compensation strategies are competitive and supportive of high-performing teams.
• Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, career development, and exit.
• Communicating and ensuring organization strategy is aligned with the global team.
• Oversee development and execution of People policies and processes.
• Lead a variety of initiatives around organizational development, including workforce planning, critical talent development, benefits, employee experience, and more.
• Being data-driven provides meaningful analytics to inform, support, and advise business decisions.

Ideally, our next Senior People Business Partner will have the following:

• 10+ years of experience in HRBP role
• A positive attitude with the ability and confidence to influence others.
• Experience in a tech startup and large tech corporations.
• Exposure to working as part of a global team, with cultural awareness and a strong understanding of unification across international borders.
• Exceptional coaching skills.
• A result-oriented individual with a growth mindset.
• Experienced in effectively communicating in a matrixed, global business environment.
• Skills to facilitate and drive meetings and discussions to deliver productive outcomes to a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize data and recommend data-driven solutions.
• HR management/supervisory experience required.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• English language skills are required.
• Location: Must be in Bangalore
