Job Description

The below JD is for Sr. Manager EPC (Operations) having 5-7 years of experience in SITC for Residential and Commercial Rooftop Solar Power Plants. It requires building, managing, and leading new and existing Operations teams and planning to strengthen the organizational operational setup. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Managers and supervisors in the day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute Project, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management of Residential & Commercial Rooftop solar energy project.

• Prepare and implement the project management plan including time plans, cost plans, & communicate the contents of the plan to the project and site team. Create and Manage SOPs for different operations and task specific to key roles.

• Handle multiple sites and projects at any given time and plan resources for the same ahead of time.

• Ensure HSE data and reporting requirements are complied with on each project.

• Prepare written procedures and documentation that contribute to the continuous improvement process

• Planning and Monitoring customer experience indicators from initial stage to Commissioning

stage

• Evaluating KPIs across teams and individuals and implementing right measures ensuring

smooth operations.

• Ensuring all team members are optimally working together to achieve project objectives in

ways that can be directly tied back to companywide goals and strategy.
