Job Description

To ensure optimal performance and safety in electrical systems at the Plant through proactive maintenance,
expert troubleshooting, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Outcomes: Establish and execute an effective electrical maintenance program in the plant, prioritizing safety standards, maximizing operational efficiency, and strictly complying with all relevant regulations related to electrical systems and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies that improve equipment availability and performance by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation, ultimately ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Coordinate the procurement of electrical components and spare parts, oversee the maintenance of high-voltage lines, and effectively manage the repair, installation, and modification of electrical equipment to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior engineers and technicians, helping them develop skills, promote continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with regulations, analyze equipment failures, and apply total productive maintenance (TPM) practices to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational downtime.

• Basic Knowledge in electrical & unit operations.

• Knowledge of working on HT & LT panels.

• Thorough knowledge of operation of electrical systems or similar in chemical process plants

• Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations.

• Good communication skill.

• Working in team

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skill
