General HR: Handle all IR related aspects of the plant and non-unionized labor Development of Plant HR Policy framework & implementation in conjuction with the HR Head Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues Handle safety and security of employees in coordination with facilities team Ensure that collective bargaining agreements are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion Management of employee facilities and benefits - including canteen, transportation, first aid, etc Coordinate the termination process by organizing discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues Management of Contract Labor Ensure that all plant related statutory compliances are up-to-date Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities Coordinate workplace safety programs Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to organizational guidelines; work closely with Supervisor during compensation review cycle Conduct Employee Engagement activities in consultation with supervisor. Maintain tracker and action items for these activities and ensure proper follow-up of action items to closure Analyse attrition data on periodic basis to arrive at trends, and take corrective action, in consultation with supervisor Attendance, Leave management Deploy Motivational & total employee involvement processes To ensure continuous availability of skilled workforce/ manpower in line with production requirement and to achieve desired levels of Productivity on a consistent basis by improving people efficiencies and on-the-job training To adhere to all applicable statutory compliances by meeting all timelines and maintaining liaison with government officials. To ensure greater Employee Satisfaction by improving Employee Involvement in various Engagement Initiatives/ events To maintain healthy and harmonious Employee Relations at the plant by addressing employees concerns in a timely and proactively manner through sensing the internal and external environment. Other administrative activities relating to employees welfare like Canteen, Transportation, Uniform, Bonus, OHC and Security etc.. Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Recruitment of workmen and to facilitate Induction/ Orientation Training of all new joinees at the plant Staffing & Hiring: Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team: Support hiring efforts by monitoring supply of personnel and coordinate resource management process to ensure the appropriate resource supply to address forecasted business demands. Manage interviews - conduct initial HR screening, coordinate with technical panel (overseas panel as well as India panel) Handle recruitment tool Recommend sourcing strategy to drive workforce usage/mix plans, recruiting/joiner plans. Coordinate headcount plans to drive promotions, transfers, and attrition (both managed and un-managed) decisions Basic Qualifications: List the minimum and desired education (including degrees, licenses, certification or registrations) and experience needed to perform the key responsibilities of the position. MBA(HR)- IR 10-15 years work experience in a manufacturing organization in Pune Strong interpersonal skills - able to build trust quickly with employees at multiple levels in the organization Track record of delivering tangible business impact Experience with Greenfield or major plant expansion Strong business acumen - an interest in and ability to learn the business, understand business drivers, etc. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) Strong influence skills, experience influencing stakeholders with competing and/or diverging priorities, able to manage in a matrix organization. Experience with problem solving and conflict resolution Preferred Qualifications: Please list the preferred qualifications needed for this position based on the following: Experience with virtualization Technology Several years (>3yrs) of experience in system-engineering. Experience in using agile methots (SAFE, SCRUM) Eligibility Requirements: List specific location of position and % of willingness to travel. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
