Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives.

• Establish a clear vision, goals, and targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Communicate the roadmap for implementing Lean methodologies and other improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for manufacturing process improvement with emphasis on quality and process excellence all product line.
• Train and educate employees on Lean tools and methodologies, such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
• Lead or facilitate Kaizen events and improvement projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Monitor and measure performance - Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Continuous Improvement Culture - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and participation in improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

• Deployment of Global CI processes across delivery accounts and Project management of Lean Six sigma projects utilising the DMAIC system to ensure effective outcomes and appropriate governance.
• Team support and facilitation, conflict management, recognition, coaching and mentoring.
• Gaining appropriate project commitment through Stakeholder analysis, Communications plans, influencing strategy, Visioning, SWOT etc.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies

• B.E. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. At least 13 -18 years of working experience in Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification ( Green Belt/Black Belt/Lean etc)

ISO Auditor /Lead Auditor Certification & Project Management certifications preferred
