About the function - International Access is part of SCM function involved in Last Mile Delivery requirements (Access & Backbone)

Purpose of the role - This is a position within Tata Communications, based in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and reporting to the Global International ASP Head. This role requires coordination with International ASP teams spread across regions. You will be based in Mumbai. You need to co-ordinate with teams working across different time zones.

You will be- Proactive and hands-on, with strong process acumen and drive and determination to succeed. Great communicator and organiser, a natural problem solver and relationship builder.
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)
Responsible for driving ASP transformation projects. This includes driving long term ASP strategy, annual savings plan and implementation, support in audit, process compliance, process excellence, systems implementation (like Optimus, LMX) and continuous improvement.
Responsible for cross-functional collaboration to enable successful deployment of strategies and improvement in processes. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional team meetings
Responsible for implementation of process improvements, technological improvements, analytical reports. Driving process standardization across regions. Drive continuous improvement to operations by reducing turnaround times, streamlining work processes
Make presentations, frame strategies and initiatives aimed at improving effectiveness and efficiency
Identify compliance issues promptly and propose corrective action
Responsible for supporting ASP Performance Management activities. Work with internal stakeholders to monitor and evaluate KPIs on an ongoing basis. Monitor actual performance against established targets, and identify areas of improvement as and when required

Minimum 8 years of work experience

Experience in Telecom sector

People management, organizational effectiveness, project and change management

Ability to interact with senior stakeholders for strategy creation

Knowledge of supply chain

Ability to own and manage strategic planning process

Management or deep process knowledge in at least three of the following supply chain functions: supply chain planning, procurement, order fulfilment, transportation, warehousing, network optimization & design and supply chain cost optimization
