Vice President - Business Planning and Analytics Band 4/4A Location Gurgaon Last date of submission KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Data and Dash boarding support MIS support to relevant stakeholders Monitor and periodic reviews of standardized reports by BPMA Work with BPMA in restructuring reports as and when required Custodian of mailing group management - to be implemented in coordination with BPMA and Operations Monitor and review consistency and correctness of data on the digital assets like one view, chat bot etc. Periodic quality checks on gaps in the RA mapping data - to be highlighted to concerned stakeholders in the field and DSDO Periodic review of the consistency and correctness on PMS impacting dashboards like Incentive shortfall and Promotion shortfall Support the field with resolution on business monitoring queries HO Analytics Support Base data work for various management reports like MBR, NRH reports etc. Participation in Annual Business Planning (Board/Mgmt/Field) Participation in Incentive schemes simulations and respective analysis. Day on day trends for Forecast & Projections Maintaining system setups of MLI field for their Business credits Monitoring all Dashboards/MIS/Reports Projects Participate & collaborate for IT related projects/developments as per channels requirement. Measure of Success: Timely and reasonable estimate of sales, related key metrics and expenses.
