Job Description
Sr. Legal Executive (Licensing Agreements) Strategize on reviewing and drafting before taking final confirmation from Management. Working closely with management and sr. managers on all licensing deals. Attend regular meetings for negotiation and closing deals quickly. Coordinate with other team members and departments (cross checking of content delivery/term/territory etc.) as and when needed (case-to-case). Corporate licensing agreement knowledge.Qualifications: Graduate in Law/LLBYears of Experience: 2 - 5 Years of relevant experience.Mandatory Skills/Knowledge- Past experience of handling Legal licensing, legal contracts in any organization preferably in the Media/Entertainment/Music Industry Working knowledge and well-versed with Legal licensing.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?240,273.00 per yearBenefits:
