Concerto Software & Systems is a 14 year established Software Product company into Electronic and Digital Payments. We are looking for Company Secretary & Legal Executive with 4 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Academic Qualification : Company secretary - ACS or equivalent Law Graduate or LLB Please find below roles and responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Preparing and filing company documents including forms, returns, and application on MCA portal Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers,ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Goods and sound knowledge of preparing, vetting and execution of contracts and agreements in areas like;Leasing,sales, purchase,rental,Non closure,Services, Software Licensing,Human Resources-engagement related Contracts etc. Knowledge of Company Laws,Handling of Litigation matters and court cases through legal counsels. Requirement: Post Qualification experience of 5 years handling both secretarial and legal functions Persons having worked in a company will be preferred. Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 MBP, Navi Mumbai (WFO) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9361,992.49 - 91,576,114.81 per year Benefits:
