Technical expertise .Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects .Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. .Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework. .Should have good knowledge in Goal management, career management and performance management. Required Technical and Professional Expertise .Should have got good experience in Talent Management module in cloud platform. .Hands-on functional consultant to design, configure, test and support entire lifecycle of Goals, Performance, Talent Profile, Succession implementation
