Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Global Scape Sr Developer/Admin

In this role, GlobalScape Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration.

Also support the Application platform and interfaces which are In-production.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in Developing and Supporting production interfaces.

\xc2\xb7 Administer Electronic File Transfer Program using GlobalScape

\xc2\xb7 Maintain compliance to avoid risks of outages or compromised data Communicate ideas and information effectively via oral and written communication to diverse audiences.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP

\xc2\xb7 Create PowerShell Scripts for file transfers and utilities.

\xc2\xb7 Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics, requested actions and testing with functional teams.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and implement system process improvements leveraging the software, best practices, automation, innovation and technology upgrades.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the creation of Support Design Specification and Support Supplement Documents.

\xc2\xb7 Provide ad-hoc reporting as required by the business.

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to Customer Solution Delivery Framework, Incident Management, and Change Management procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Lead or assist with day-to-day service delivery issues and processes as required.

\xc2\xb7 Work with project teams to understand the concepts and technical infrastructure of the to-be implemented modules/functionalities and create / document operations procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 BE/B Tech/MCA/B.Sc

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience working on production tickets.

\xc2\xb7 Global Scape Administration.

\xc2\xb7 Global Scape File transfer tool working knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 INC Management, Problem Management and other ITIL processes
