Role: SAP S/4HANA PPDS lead

Education:

• Graduate/postgraduate
• MBA/Any Executive course in Production Planning

• Domain experience of 5-6 years in Manufacturing (Textile industry will be preferred)
• SAP Functional experience of 7-8 years
• 2-3 End to End S/4HANA implementations as lead/solution architect role.
• International project implementation experience preferred.

• Sub-daily planning possibilities.
• Advanced planning and scheduling features like Finite/ detailed scheduling, setup matrix, sequence constraints, Min/Max distances, alternative modes, propagation of schedule changes across all BOM levels, multilevel material flow visibility using pegging.
• Simulative (what-if) planning capabilities
• Industry planning features and advanced algorithms to support Automotive, mill, process industries including

• Conti-IO, full pegging, Block Planning, Campaign Planning, Shelf-Life
• Heuristics for compact planning, load leveling, closing gaps, ... and heuristic framework
• Various optimizers
• Working experience in global 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Should have latest SAP S/4HANA version knowledge including value adds, simplifications, innovations, Fiori Apps - Recommendation, Activation, Grouping and value realization knowledge
• Perform detailed analysis of complex PP business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Good implementation experience on PP modules topics - PIR to Production order confirmation, Master Data, MRP, Demand Management, Production Versions, Inventory Management,
• Good team player to coordinate with offshore consultants and other modules FICO, SD, MM & PM., Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions
• Working closely with the development team (ABAP) & Good understanding of data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.,)
• Ability to understand complex system landscape & provide solution considering the E2E PP process, Knowledge on interfaces, background jobs, enhancements and standard reporting functionality
• SAP Certification is an added advantage & Textile Industry experience is preferred.
• Should have experience in following Project Cycle activities:

• Design Blueprint
• Conduct BBP workshops with customer
• Conduct training workshops
• System configuration
• Write functional specifications, Work closely with technical team for development.
• Handle UAT and perform cut-over
• Post go live support
