Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Senior IT Executive

to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT functioning, data security, system reliability, and provide technical leadership across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, applications, and operating systems Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues Monitor system performance, data backups, and disaster recovery processes Ensure data security, system access control, and compliance with IT policies Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, licensing, and service support Manage user access, email systems, ERP/PMS/POS, and other business applications Lead IT documentation, SOPs, audits, and regular system updates Train and guide junior IT staff and end users on IT best practices Support new technology implementation and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3-4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), servers, firewalls, and system security Experience with Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms, and virtualization Familiarity with ERP, PMS, POS, or enterprise applications is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferred Skills

IT certifications (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) Experience in Hospitality / Corporate / Multi-location environments Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
