Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going Production Support in SAP Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Monitor and resolve system issues and tickets created by Business users by collaborating with appropriate teams to implement and test system issues.
• Resolve issues related to Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, Workflow approvals, Goods and Service Receipts, AP Invoices and related Sales and Use Taxes, GST and VAT.
• Configure Plants, Payment Terms, Country specific Tax codes in MM and Organization Structure, Company Codes, Locations, Purchasing Groups in SRM. Ensure flow of data and interfaces from SAP R/3 4.7 to SRM 5.0 work properly.
• Resolve interface issues between SAP and non-ERP applications.
• Work closely with the Business Owners to gather requirements, design and implement appropriate solutions in SAP.
• Analyze, maintain and support complex, custom SRM Shopping Cart, SAP PO workflow, smart forms solution to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with other SAP functional and development team members, non-ERP application teams and IT support personnel’s to resolve issues on a daily basis.
• Develop functional specifications, if needed, and work closely with the SAP developers to ensure the requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into technical designs.

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 year degree) in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive SAP design, implementation and support experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of strong experience in configuring and customizing the SAP Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Global Experience in implementation/support for about with SAP Purchasing, Accounts Payable. Experience with solution rollouts for multiple global countries.
• Experience with leveraging SAP’s enhancement framework such as User Exits, BAdI’s, custom programs, functions, transactions, reports, smart forms, sap scripts, background jobs, etc.
• Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including mentoring, coaching and training others, and the ability to work with various personnel’s and teams at all organizational levels.
• Candidate must have good experience in understanding and troubleshooting issues related to all the other SAP modules.
• Candidate will primarily work in SAP 4.7 and SRM 5.0 but may also support other applications in the related space.
