Description & Qualifications

Description Integration Consultant (Jira Developer):
The Senior Integration Consultant will be in a hands-on technical role and is responsible for ensuring customer service excellence in technical support, implementation, and the maintenance of new and existing features and enhancements for Jira. This role is also responsible for detailed system requirements, technical specifications, development, and support for customizations.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business-facing support and problem resolution - troubleshoot production issues, identify, and address the root cause
• Maintain expert, in-depth knowledge of the platform including workflows, customizations, and integrations.
• Perform system monitoring trend analysis to identify errors and deficiencies and make product improvement recommendations.
• Adhere to established project management methodology, SDLC, support, and service management policies and procedures.
• Work with internal stakeholders to scope out modifications and convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents.
• Perform unit testing and validation to ensure the developed code meets the technical and functional specifications.
• Actively contribute to the improvement, performance analysis, operations, and monitoring applications, frameworks, and tools.
• Build, develop, and grow relationships with users and other stakeholders.

Qualifications Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Knowledgeable of basic Windows server administration
• Backend creation experience, such as creating/managing Fields, Workflows, Issue Types, etc in JIRA
• Front End experience, such as Dashboards, Sprint/Kanban boards, JQL Filters in JIRA
• Admin experiences, such as managing Users, User Groups, and Permissions (optional) in JIRA
• Programming experience. Integration tools knowledge will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of database design and SQL (Query Language)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross-functional groups to craft solutions.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities, collaborating on requirements, and translating requirements to technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in systems analysis and support of Jira.
• Experience in development, implementation, and application support
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity and passion for delivering high-quality and innovative technical solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies quickly
