JD for Genesys Support Engineer (Offshore, Bangalore Gurgaon, India) : 1. 7 years of work experience on Genesys Pure Engage Solutions 8.5 and 9.X. Certifications in Genesys Pure Engage or Genesys Cloud systems are a plus. 2. Experience with Ge nesys Inbound and Outbound Voice components - Composer IRD, CME, GA, GAX, OCS(Outbound Dialer), Knowledge manager, Knowledge of T-Library events and support for WDE WWE phone to trace events and good understanding of the Genesys Framework, voice a nd eServices applications. 3. Good understanding of voice call flows, email flows and ability to troubleshoot the daily call center issues. 4. This requirement is for hands-on engineer to provide tactical support for Level 2 and Level 3 issues on c ritical bridge calls. 5.
