JOB SUMMARY Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security Appliances (minimum Five years) Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer certification preferred. Data knowledge Knowledge of protocols BGP, OSPF, SPT, TR UNKS, VLANs , Port-Channel, Static routing Networking topologies and protocols. Examples being MPLS, VRF, SIP, Traffic, Shaping QoS Palo Alto Command line, Cisco command line A high level of Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, t uning and customization of features Thorough knowledge of Panorama, Wildfire, Global Protect, and other Palo Alto features including and not limited to SSL decryption Familiarity with Data Centre environment and hosted deployments cloud Experience of supporting clients remotely and face to face, along with experience of working with SIP providers Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analyzers Must have a good networking background and understanding. # Lead a team of talented netops engine ers and provide technical guidance to the team in building Experience Centric Network Operation. # Establish best-practice methodologies based on KPIs for incident change problem management in a global, 24x7, high-volume, high-availability, productio n environment. # Lead crisis, escalations, and incident event management with a strong sense of extreme ownership be customer champions in enabling business outcomes. # Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination o f vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources. # Lead network operations projects, including planning, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing, and logistics. # Work closely with the rest of the network engineering teams to ensure network operations capabilities are capable of handling emerging and future business requirements..
