Job Description
Responsibilities : Design, Delivery, Operations, Administration and Troubleshooting of private datacenter network infrastructure and Rambus public cloud. Part of the Global Network Design and Operations team responsible for Configuration, Support and Problem Resolution for network infrastructure. Partner with Various IT teams and end users in resolving issues problems in Cloud and Data Center. Design, Implement and Support network operations, administration, connectivity and security to Public c louds (AWS Azure) Manage and Support various security devices (Firewall#s, IPS IDS etc) Be able to work independently with excellent verbal written communications skills. Work within required SLAs for the business and provide regular and frequent sta tus updates. Willing to be on-call at any time due to the nature of the position. Ensure that knowledge is retained through documentation of procedures and knowledge-base articles. Your Role and Responsibilities Responsible for the Network High Level design from Solution Team during the engagement handover Interact with customer and collect network requirement specifications and propose Low level design document Drive network device Implementation and commissioning Prepare built hand over docume nt to the customer (IBM Internal Team) and provide operational training .
