JOB DESCRIPTION # APM consultant with experience in implement, design and customize tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc. (both on-premises and SaaS). # Ability to take an active role and drive outcomes in technology planning and inv estment decisions in Service Management and NextGen automation, AIOps and Analytics. # Expertise in design, implementation, and ongoing support for multiple, highly complex IT Infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud) with a mix of APM moni toring, servicemanagement and automation tools. # Have worked with Java, .Net, Node.js or php development projects before. # Prior experience in Performance testing, load testing aspects of App Development. # Have worked on Java heap dump, JVM crashe s and thread dump analysis. # Experience in developing architecture and design documents, implementation roadmap, HLD, LLD, product capability roadmaps and hands on implementation and support # Exposure to Configuration Management using Ansible, Che f, Puppet etc. # Have worked on CI CD pipelines like Jenkins. # Architect and drive large-scale and long-term technology transformation. # Uses technical acumen to provide alternatives, ask probing questions and support the team in technical issue re solution # Tools capability and knowledge: Proficiency in one or more of the following toolsets and readiness to learn others quickly o AppDynamics, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Datadog, etc. o Good To have Log Monitoring Observability tools like Splunk, E LK etc o Scripting Knowledge (any two): Python, Selenium, Power Shell, PERL # Implementation 1. Implementation, Configuration of monitoring Solution based on AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog. 2. Troubleshooting and administration of all abo ve products onUNIX, Windows based hosts. 3. Owning all technical aspects of AppDynamics and Dynatrace including setup, upgrade management, and vulnerability remediation. 4. Implementation and configuration of various collaboration modules confluence, Jira 5. Specification and implementation of interfaces to other system management solutions 6. Life cycle management for all above mentioned products..
