Bechtel\'s Information Systems & Technology organization is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support the architecture, implementation and operations of enterprise level identity and access management. This role will focus on the ongoing development of Bechtel\'s advanced Identity Management infrastructure, with secondary responsibilities including the deployment of new application authentication and migration of existing on-premise application authentication to the Azure platform. Duties will include: Leading business initiates, interacting with other business functions to design, plan, implement and support strategic initiatives in Identity & Access Management at Bechtel for use by its employees and external partners. Enabling SSO for multiple SAAS or On-Prem custom developed applications. Experience in implementing and supporting an Identity Management Solution Work closely with development and information security teams to define requirements, design architecture, develop solutions and create support documentation. Configure solutions to support SAML 2.0 based authentication to internally hosted and cloud-based applications. Integrate with multi-factor solutions including certificate, token based One Time Passwords (OTP) and on demand OTP to provide for higher assurance SSO. Design and implement policy-based access control for identified roles. Identify and implement cloud-based identity and access management tools that augment or replace current on-premises capabilities. Scripting and coding (Python & PowerShell) to meet customer requirements. Basic Qualifications Recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or specialized courses in networking, information technology, server administration and infrastructure operations, or equivalent work experience in a related field. 5+ years of overall Industry experience 3+ years of experience with implementation and administration of industry leading identity management solutions like One Identity, SailPoint or other Identity Management products 3+ years modern authentication mechanisms like PingFederate, ADFS, SAML, Oauth 2.0, Open ID Connect. Required Skills: Technical Expert Level- Identity Management Administration (solution agnostic) Expert Level- Azure Active Directory, Azure MFA and Azure B2C Custom policy Expert Level- Application Integration and Migration skills using multiple SSO solutions. Strong- Scripting and coding skills. C#. ASP.Net, JavaScript, Python and PowerShell. Strong implementation skills implementing Federation using SAM 2.0 and OIDC. Basic - Active Directory environment which includes forest & domains designing, Site topology, group policies, Authentication (NTLM & Kerberos) Basic - OS/Network Troubleshooting Other Strong Technical Documentation Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Motivated self-starter who can perform with minimal supervision. Willing to working in shifts including late evening shifts.
