Job Title: Sr. HRIS Analyst Locations: Ahmedabad /Bangalore /Pune/ Chennai Reports to : Sr. HRIS Manager A quick snapshot As a Sr HRIS Analyst at Conga, you will support the optimization of our HRIS systems, business processes, and our data. You will join a team which oversees the functional development of Workday HCM and directly influence the growth and development of Conga as you support building sustainable and scalable processes. You\'ll work closely with our fast-paced and collaborative People Team (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Partners) and other teams across Conga (Payroll and IT) to provide the right technical solutions to fit their needs. This role will be essential to support the People Team by supporting transformational changes as we scale for growth and improvements. In the next year, you\'ll have a hand in improving our colleague experience by supporting: The implementation of Workday enhancements and system updates Various cyclical processes such as performance management, merit, bonus, and open enrollment in various countries, The building of system rules and validations to enhance data integrity and automation, Dashboard and management reporting & analytics, Creation of process guides and training other team members. Are you the person we\'re looking for Skills and Related experience: You have a proven track record of configuring Workday to meet the needs of the business. You are viewed as a technical expert in multiple Workday modules such as Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance. You possess a thorough knowledge of standard HR principles and exhibit a strong understanding of established analytical methods. You are a determined problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting Workday configurations to identify and fix root causes. You are comfortable advising on the proper use of solution functionality to support business needs throughout the organization and have experience assisting with the definition of system processes and standards. Your skillset includes analyzing software releases to assess the impact of new features and advise on the proper use and application of these new functionalities. You excel at being a team player who can mentor and provide training to less experienced colleagues. You are an independent worker who requires little supervision and possesses excellent time management skills. Here\'s what will give you an edge: Solution expert . You are a tenacious problem solver.
