Job Description

Attracting talent:

Creating and posting job descriptions on job boards, professional networks, and social media to attract qualified candidates.

Screening candidates:

Reviewing resumes and applications to filter and shortlist the most suitable applicants for a role.

Interviewing and evaluating:

Conducting interviews to assess a candidate's potential, skills, and fit for the company culture, as well as performing background checks.

Managing the hiring process:

Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding:

Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Strategy and administration:

Developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate and employee records.
