Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to screen profiles and assess candidate suitability.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ATS tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
